Special Seals

We can produce any seal from a wide range of materials in any dimensions. This is a special machining process for the production of special size seals from semi-finished elastomers or engineering plastics.

This system allows us to supply you special profile seals in odd dimensions without any tooling and a minimum quantity order of just 1 (One) piece.

Seals can be produced immediately for prototype samples testing. The dimensions, which we can supply is from 5 mm to 2500 mm in diameter.

Moulded Products

We can custom mould products in any shape and are available in any elastomer or engineering plastic. Our design team can design a cost effective custom mould shape to provide optimum sealing capability. The potential geometry of a moulded shape is almost unlimited and can provide ease of assembly as well as excellent sealing capability.
