PRICE QUOTATIONS
Quotations are subject to prompt acceptance by our customers. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to reject orders if credit is found unsatisfactory. Prices submitted do not include taxes or shipping charges. Quotations for manufactured items are based on the availability of certain raw materials which were in stock at the time of the quotation. Manufactured orders are made on a first come first serve basis.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your shipment appears damaged, do not pay the freight bill unless damages have been marked on the freight bill by the carrier. Claims for damaged goods must be made to the carrier.

RETURNED GOODS
A restocking fee may apply to any and all returned items. Manufactured items are made to special order from raw materials reserved for that order. Therefore, any manufactured item may not be returned without the written consent of Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd. Please ask your Offshore Seals Customer Service Executive for more information. Refer to the claims, warning, and disclaimer statement.

PRICES
All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse or shipping point. Increase in prices from our raw material sources make it necessary for us to reserve the right to change prices without notice. Special orders may incur additional charges for expediting service or air freight charges to meet the customers requirements for delivery.

DISCLAIMER, WAIVER, & WARNING
IMPROPER SELECTION, IMPROPER USE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, AND/OR THE FAILURE OF THE COMPONENT AND ASSEMBLIES DESCRIBED, ILLUSTRATED OR SUPPLIED MAY CAUSE DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.

It is important that you as buyer analyze all operating parameters and review the applications concerning the component or assembly you have selected. Due to the diversity of operating conditions, applications for these components and assemblies, and the possibilities for installation error, the buyer, after considering the operating conditions, is solely responsible for making the final selection of the components or assemblies and assuring that the installation, perfomance, safety and warning requirements are met. Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd is not liable for any undesirable results arising out of wrong use of the product or due to not following the installation procedures.


All components and assemblies are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Purchase price of the parts deemed to be defective will be refunded or parts will be replaced at the soul discretion of Offshore Seals (Asia) Pte Ltd.
